I booked my daughter's 6th birthday party for Saturday 16 March - Dynamic parties was due to arrive at the venue at 10h00am to set-up our Tinkerbell themed party (with colour scheme being Lime and Lilac).
They arrived 2 hours late, setup which supposed to take 30 mins took more than an hour and 10 mins. The theme was mixed up with princesses and tinkerbell!!! The decor was less than average. A bright Shocking pink was somehow added to the mix of colours - something I didn't want!!
On sending a complaint to Shirley the CEO of Dynamic Parties she hasn't even bothered to respond to my email let alone apologise.
I would NOT recommend this company should you want a hassle free, customer orientated function. I have even heard feedback that this company actually let down someone who had booked them on the day of the party!!! Had I known this prior I would definately not have booked them
NB. Oh and to top it off - The gazebo supplied by this company fell over with a little bit of wind - Thank Goodness none of the children were close by or someone would have been seriously injured.
