Hello,

Here is what I did:
1) Select a movie, a seat, entered the membership card numbers and then pressed "check out"
2) Entered credit card information
3) selected continue
4) Some problem occured. It gave me a message to call the call centre and it gave me a reference number.
5) I call the call centre. The call center number is not free. (There was no option to give a query re a reference number. I had to guess my way throught the voice prompts)
6) The call center agent asked for the reference number. Your system did not have the reference number. (SO YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY)
7) The call center asked me to do it try again.
8) I clicked "ok" on the error with the reference number to try the payment again.
9) The entire transaction reset and I was brought back to the homepage.
10) There was a counter to say that I had 15:00 to check out (with the basket).
11) I selected to check out again. There was an amount due of R0 and there was no movie selected.

So - Sterkinekor does not have the ability to design a website. You cannot handle faults. There are gross mistakes in the software. This is PATHETIC.

I will take my time to forward this to ALL my friends.
