I have being trying to speak to a multichoice consultant for 2 days. After waiting on the line for over 15 minutes at a time the call gets dropped.
If multichoice call centre is sooo busy then it's either their staff are inefficient or that multichoice service is so bad that there are so many people calling to complain.
With the high subscriptions that we pay I would assume that these buggers can employ more than 2 consultants in their call centres
Fed up with multichoice.
Can't wait for a new pay tv provider who can come in and bring multichoice to their knees. Then maybe they will know what it's like to be on the other side.
