I made a payment at Pick and Pay on the 31st of January 2013, using my cheque card and I was disgusted to find out Multichoice did not allocate my payment- WHERE IS MY PAYMENT? Luckily I made the payment with my card as I did not keep the receipt, what excuse would I have been given if I made a cash payment and did not have the receipt? I keep on emailing you to assist me and dont get a response, I will not make the payment and if my service gets disconnected I will not be expecting to pay a reconnection fee as the fault is with you and not with me
