Random Charges and Call Centre Assistence!!!

I am a new customer to multichoice and have even had the privilege of working for mnet and felt that the company had a great product and service. However after getting my dstv account I have had the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier ever!!!
There call centre which you wait atleast 15 minutes is. They have not fixed my account nor have they helped me ever. First problem I had is when I paid my account on the 31st like they asked and then was subsequently cut so had to pay an additional R50 which they only refunded me after I phoned them on my second months query of random charges amounting to R160.
My second problem came this month when I had random charges on my account of R160 which the call centre person told me that she could not explain before she put me on hold for 20 minutes. After hanging up on that call and phoning again I was helped by another call centre person who again couldn't explain my fees outstanding and then promised me he would sort it out on Monday, which I still have not heard anything back and still have the amount outstanding.
