I have purchased a pre-owned dstv PVR 1 Decoder today from Cash Crudaders. I got the decoder transferred to my name and activated services today in Kempton Park. I wanted to add the decoder insurance, and tried to do it via the web portal. I am not sure if it has gone through??? Why does the portal not display "insured" or send me an email??? What is the point if I now STILL have to contact the Call Center???
