Last week I installed Dstv at my flat. it worked well for two days after that it just went off and i was told to pay R260, for which I did when i went back home, it was still off when i call their customer careline i was told that i needed to pay R50 extra for reconnection. I am a new client, why was i supposed to pay for reconnection when i was not made aware from the start?
