Disgusting service

I have been requesting for 2 months for Multichoice to cancel my account. They said I'm in arrears which I don't understand because my work has been paying this account every month (shows on my payslip). I no longer work for Mweb and have been requesting for my DSTV to be cancelled and it is still running. I refuse to pay for the month of Feb as it had to be cancelled already. Bathlalefi Phetabosigo sent me a breakdown on the payments made in an email but I can't open the attachment. This is disgustingly poor service which makes me sick to the core.
