POOR SERVICE AT NU METRO WALMER PARK

On Friday the 1st of February 2013 our family decided to have a relaxing night together of movies and pizza. We decided to go and watch the movie Klein Karoo. We selected our seats and bought our tickets just after 17H00 for the 19H45 show. We then went for pizza at a restaurant in the centre. We returned at 19H30 and bought our popcorn and other refreshments. When showing our tickets to enter we were told that we could sit where ever we wanted to. Inside the cinema it was full - our seats that we selected - were taken and just here and there one seat available. I asked the manager what was going on. She replied that this was the only option as there was technical problems!!! We just have to see where we can get a seat!!! Our family night was no longer a family night - as we all had to split up just to get a seat which we had already booked almost 3 hours before!!! We demanded a refund and went home. Our whole evening was messed up!!

I think that this was very very poor service!! I can understand that there might sometimes be a problem at a certain cinema - but then just divert the people to another cinema and allow them to sit at the seats that they have booked!!!
