I wonder if other people had the same problems with TOPTV'S call center. Last year i brought myself a new toptv decoder. No problems i even installed it and it works 100%
In few months later (october 2012) our wonderful TOPTV decided to have a service upgrade on theyre systems and from that time on i have a worthless decoder! and false promises from TOPTV's call center.. They told me in january 2013 that they will bring me a new decoder because i was one of the unlucky ones wit ha default decoder.. The only problem is on till today never even receive a phone call from them and NO decoder!!!
This is NOT the way to treat your customers! If you make a promise than you should keep it. Now if i call the call center they only answer i get is: we are aware of you problem i will look in to it we will call you back.!
I dont think is that difficult to deliver a decoder? if that's to much for them then i want my money back!! i am not willing to pay for a product that doenst work and pay for a service that i dont get!!
