Double Billed on 4 Jan 2013

I was double billed on 4 Jan 2013, phoned several times still waiting for my payment into my account??

9 Jan - 118869223
1 Feb - Sharon 120452903

After every call I'm told that a journal has been done and I need to wait 7 days. I'm still waiting for feedback regarding my last call??

First journal got rejected because my account will be credited, this never happened! And the next debit order went off.

Second journal, nothing happened after 7 days? So it's fine to take money from customers, but a major issue when a customer must be refunded? And this in January when most people are cash strapped

This is truly terrible service!
