My name is Esther I would like to lay a complaint for an unsatisfactory service I have received from Multichoice Firstly I took my decoder for testing at the Multichoice shop at Alberton early last month and they told me they did not have stock, which is normal but now I called the call centre to get numbers for the Multichoice shop but one of the consultants called Mbali put me on hold for 15 minutes and then came back to tell me that their systems are slow she was not helpful at all while I was holding I could here her talking on the back round so that was not a proper protocol for putting a customer on hold, I asked her to get one of the managers to call me within 10 minutes and its been more than 30 minutes already no one has come back to me.

I feel very disrespected by the way the consultant spoke to me and was not willing to assist me
