Decoder useless without installation

I went to a store on Saturday and bought a Top TV decoder. With all excitement i called the Call Center which responded very quickly and forward me the SMS of the installer. I called the installer and he promised he will come before 5PM. I called him after 5PM and he said he is on his way. At 7PM I tried again just to find that his phone is off.

I called the Call Center on Sunday and told them what happened and they gave me a new installer. I called him and we arranged to have the installation done on Monday. I called him the whole day on Monday trying to get a time of installation when his people would be able to do the installation just to find myself on Tuesday still without any installation and no Top TV.

After logging 3 complaint for BAD SERVICE they finally called me back and the operator did not even understand me. The manager then took over the call and said he will call me back in 20 minutes - apparently their watch is broken as I'm still waiting for the return phone call.

It is now Thursday and I'm still waiting for an installer to get my TOP TV installed. This is the WORST service I've ever come across.
