I have been disconnect 3 times now by Multichoice even though I have paid the subscription, I am sick and tired of this nonsense.
I called in every time you fixed the issue so I thought, and now I am not calling you anymore, you will pay me back all the money I used to call you and refund me the inconvenience you caused me.
The last person I spoke to was Claudine and she fixed my problem and assured me that I had enough on my account to last me till the 26th of this month and I even asked her to setup a debit for me.
I will send you my bill as soon as the cell phone provider sends it.
I expect a call from a senior staff member, I am chewing screws.
