So today I woke up to find that Multichoice have made a debit of R2533. They are authorized to debit R690 on the 5th and only the 5th of EVERY month. I then try to resolve the matter but wait on hold for 15 minutes. At that point I write on their Facebook wall. They message me and promise to get in touch with me... 5 hours later still nothing. So again I pick up the phone. I sit on hold for 31 minutes only to be cut off. What a disgrace. You cannot simply do what you want with my debit order!!! I would strongly advise people to stay clear of debit orders with Multichoice
