Account nr 4285 0916 638 was paid on Friday 31 Jan 2014 at pick n pay before due date but some reasons known by Multichoice you decided to suspend it and are now requesting penalties.
On monday 3 Jan I supplied proof of payment and case #594437 and the account was restored only to be discontinued the following day and when I called it was again restored and this continued everyday for 3 days and no one is giving me answers and so far the money I used for calling exceed the subscribtion itself...
