Pathetic excuse for customer service, rather just go with Ovhd, after more than 10 years of being a subscriber. Call centre offline for two days. Unable to reach a consultant, decoder subs cancelled with no answer- and no one I can reach - voice system just takes you in circles and wastes you airtime, time for another vendor to maor their mark
