Every month since the 8th of august 2013 they debit my account R99, the next day they suspend my account, i call the non functional call centre and 20-30mins later i get a consultant, i explain the problem, they say 'sorry its our fault, we can see the debit went off'.
i then ask 'are you very sure i dont owe a cent on my account? '
consultant replies 'no there is nothing to pay and we didnt charge a reconnection fee', they reconnect, everything is good until the next day,
i switch on the tele and i have a msg waiting, it says pay your subscription and R50 reconnection fee.
so what exactly am i paying for here? useless service?
call centre that doesnt work, suspended account, high cell bills etc...
how would multichoice like it if i sent them my (nice) phone bills, chops!!!
