Signal went off on the 6th Feb, phoned multichoice when I got home. Before this I had HD without the Record function. When I phoned to clarify what the problem is, the person did not tell me what the problem is, instead tries to sell me the record function for R70. I said no as I only want the HD.The operator said that option is not possible at R620 per month and I need The record function aswell. I made it clear... I Don't want the record just HD. Apparently he fixed it, but now I only have normal DSTV??? Its like they kill the signal on purpose so you have to phone... be on hold for 40 min just so they can you around and upsell you???
