No answer at call centre

I have now been trying to get through to DSTV used up R400.00 airtime, when i finally got theough last night the technician could not help me or was very reluctant to help so now I wasted R400.00 on phone calls no results, and I have to pay a technician now to come out to me as DSTV just don't care they have enough customers and they have no copetition
