Please fix Paygate

I have tried to pay my DSTV the last 2 days on the web, But Paygate keeps timing out ..
I phones at 8 this morning and spoke to Sicelo, whom suggested to that I EFT the money to ABSA, and that they will not disconnect me .. Just guess what happened... Its off and I paid ..
Do you do this to collect more R 50 reconnection fees to boost your already enormous profits
I tried to phone this afternoon and spend 25 minutes listening to your looped adds on my phone, and had to go back to work
