GOOD DAY WHEN TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO A CONSULTANT AT YOUR DURBAN CENTRE IT TOOK ME 18 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH TO A CONSULTANT AND WHEN I EVENTUALLY DID GET THROUGH TO ONE AND QUERIED THIS THEY MADE IT SOUND AS IF THIS IS NORMAL AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS UPSET . AND AFTER EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM TO THE CONSULTANT I AM STILL NOT SATISFIED THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED AND I AM NOT PREPARED TO WAIT ANOTHER 18 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE
