Multichoice has some how blocked all but 10 of my channels yet continue to debit my account for the full premium bouquet of channels. I have tried to contact the call centre which just rings and rings until getting through to a machine. When providing my ID number or smart card number, it states that neither are recognised. Strange as they know exactly who they debit for the money every month.
After spending 2 hours attempting to speak with a natural person I gave up and emailed my problem to Dstv customer care. I have had no response so I continued to call the call centre the next day which seems devoid of all human contact. Pathetic joke of a company. My fees have been paid in full and my viewing is being disrupted by their stuff up. I am unable to speak with any person over the call centre and receive no response to my emails. it is like dealing with a company.
There seems no choice but to cancel my dstv as why pay for something not received.
What a pathetic excuse for customer care. We need more competition for the likes of these monopolistic entities.
