REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN STER-KINEKOR

I see my daughter every second weekend. I like to spoil her to a movie. All very excited to see the new movie Frozen. When we arrived we were told that the online booking does not work, no service. We were told to go upstairs and buy our tickets at the popcorn stall. Stood in the queue for about 20minutes, movie just about to start, then only told when we got to the front that their card facility is out of order. We have to go down and draw money.By that time the movie would have already started. They could at least put a note up to say CASH ONLY. Needless to say, never saw the movie. Disappointed child!
