I have been trying to get my monies out of DSTV since December 2013. I paid up front for a year, and I left the country end of January 2014. They say I have a credit of R6 760.00 which I am waiting for. I have supplied banking details. All I get told is that they need to write out a cheque and deposit it. Do they not realise the world has moved into the 21st Century where we do EFTs. I have supplied all the banking details. And I am STILL waiting. Not impressed at all.
