Dear Tpatkat. If this is a valid complaint, I invite the client to contact me directly on [email protected] and I will resolve the problem. I have sent out many mails requesting that anyone with any outstanding readings should contact me, however, I have had very few responses. Again, if you did indeed pay and not receive your reading, I would like to rectify that urgently.
