Faulty system continues

My many years of dealing with Multichoice's incompetency and bug-ridden computer systems continue.

Some time last year MC's system decided that after all the years of my being a yearly subscriber, I was actually a monthly subscriber. So I was cut off.

Then when we returned from holiday on 29 December, something similar. Apologies for a "system error" and a promise that Management would call me and explain what that meant. Needless to say, that didn't happen.

Then today (29 Jan), the same story. And now half an hour after my call to MC it seems that I shall stay cut off. Because after answering the first question I refused to continue to be interrogated when it as yet another MC "system error" that was not a "security" issue but a service for which I had already paid.

My current subscription expires 28 April. Can anyone with half a brain see any pattern with the date of the month? And can you guess that I'll have the same problem after 28 February and after 28 March?
