Every time I use my holiday decoder there is a billing problem. This time the bill was for R2275 and the actual bill R737. Not my fault but a DSTV billing problem. After about 20 minutes on the phone I asked to be called back and was told this is not possible after 36 minutes it was agreed that the credits would be passed and I would be called back once the correct statement was available. The call is at my cost when not my fault which is not fair.
DSTV have a poor attitude, their billing system has been poor for years now.
They agree a scheduled switch off date with me and it is on their system but the holiday decoder is not switched off on the agreed date and they just bill me. The reason given is a system problem.
If only there was another viable choice other than Multichoice. I bet when the day comes they will fix their billing system.
I am fortunate I have never agreed to a debit order which gives their faulty billing system access to charge anything they like.
If DSTV really care about their customers why don't they fix their billing system?
