Hello Peter, This is my third query/complaint against the same supplier, regarding the very same issue, I turn my tele on this morning and to my surprise after being assured last month and previous month by senior management, I get a message telling me that I owe R1000, according to my records I am up to date. I was informed last month by a consultant that there was a mix up with another individuals account with mine and I was getting billed incorrectly, this is after 3-4 months of investigation, I was assured that the issue will be sorted out and I WILL NOT have this issue again, I plead with Hello Peter to request all call recordings and notes made on their system for my account for October, November and December 2013 and you then learn my frustration, anger and disappointment, to learn how incompetent the staff of multichoice are from agents to senior management, I would now like to take Legal action against Multichoice
