My fiance booked a Holiday in Cabanas on the 6 January until 9 January 2014.
We went for breakfast on the 7th and the food had hairs and I complained to the lady who was serving us tea.
She apologised but then the same thing happened on the 8th and the 9th. This time I asked to speak to the manager and a guy by the name of Martin called Stephen who is said to be a General Manager.
He promised to come back to me with regards to the matter but to my surprise I haven't heard any thing from him after 8 days of waiting.
We need to be refunded for breakfast for the whole stay.
