My mulitichoice account has unfortunately been suspended...
So, on most DSTV channels an advert flights telling us once your account has been suspended, after you have made a payment your services will automatically be reconnected...
A payment has been made and no such thing as automatic reconnection has taken place... My services are still suspended...
They also say you can reconnect your services via the website... MORE
There is a section on the website allowing for resetting of error codes... But once the page is done loading it tells me your decoder had not been reset...
