Multichoice DSTV debited my account double in Dec 2013 after I changed my banking details, nothing funny, just had to change my account number but then double deducted my account?? First I get told to go to a branch to get back my money, no help at the branch, then I phone again and this time I get told I will receive my refund in 5 working days, after 7 working days, I phone again cause still NO refund, then I get told they pay it back after 7 working days and will have it in my account on the 15th of January. Still NO refund. Can someone please explain to me why Multi choice knows how to Double deduct your account but have no idea what their company policies are and blatantly about refunding you after they make a mistake? I was also told there is a R45 admin fee of some sort, so I wont even be getting my full refund which Multichoice mistakenly debited from my account!
