I am an MNet subscriber. Since 2011 I've had problems with reception - sound crackles, picture is snowy and the signal comes and goes. I have called technicians from 2 different DSTV installers and they inform me that my aerial is fine but we still cannot get a clear picture - both told me that MNet has weakened the signal hence the problem with reception- Multichoice deny this and say that the decoder is old but they do not have new ones only re-conditioned decoders!! I call Multichoice and they reset the decoder and it's fine for a day or two then reverts back. In the last 6 months every time I called they told me to change the decoder which I have done (3X) but it doesn't help. I can't afford the full DSTV package - the only one with MNet. I have asked why it's not possible to get just MNet through a DSTV decoder this is the answer ""We unfortunately do not have a system that allows customers to exchange their previous Analogue decoders with the current Digital decoders"and "Yes, we do not offer the M-Net channel on its own on a digital decoder. Should you wish to have access to this channel, you will need to subscribe to the Premium bouquet"? 'm prepared to get the digital
