My account is still shows that I owe money

On the 20/11/2013 I paid my normal amount I was supposed to pay and on the 23/11/2013 my account was suspended that I did not pay, then I called Multichoice and I was promised that It will be rectified, again on the 20/12/2013 when I did my normal payments I asked on the 19/12/2013 if everything was rectified and I was assured that all is okay, until on the 23/12/2013 they suspended my account again, and I had paid on the 20/12/2013 and I called and I was assured again that it will be rectified, last nite I got a message that I am still owing Multichoice an amount of R680.00 my account is 75708731, I want this problem rectified, I spoke to a lot of people that promised me that this will be sorted out by now, its the new year and come the 23/01/2014 after I pay my account will be suspended again, this is annoying please I want the management of DSTV to contact me and do something as I can see noone is capable of assisting me in this regard.
