Customers not that important

So I take the family to for a movie at Nu metro emperors, Having such long ques my wife goes in the Que for some refreshments and myself in the ticket Que. My wife get to the counter at the refreshments and buys us some popcorn and cold drink for the movie.

Now I get to the ticket counter and there are no more seats left except the 4 managers seats. I have seen all the other movies as I have supported nu metro through the festive season. The lady at the ticket counter says that unfortunately she cannot give me the open seats as these are managers seats.

I then move out of the way for the rest of the people to be served and ask to speak to a manager, I then explain the situation to him, that we already bought our refreshments as the line was quicker and that there are 4 seats open which are managers seats and ask if he can give us 3 tickets to sit there. He then told me that he cannot as these are emergency seats. Emergency?? what emergency. He says when people from head office come then they use those seats.

So Nu metro thank you for wasting my money and my time. Those seats were open the entire show as I asked a colleague who was inside watching. Really pathetic
