I would like to say that my experience was once off, however this has not been the first time that I have arrived at Tygervalley's Ster-Kinekor and despite the long queue, only one person was working the 5-teller-equipped desk. Being fortunate enough to have previously booked my tickets, I felt relieved and then highly frustrated as the situation was twice as worse by the popcorn counter. Having entered the long queue, I stopped an employee and asked her to please get some assistance for the 2 people manning the popcorn counter with a line that had already reached the back stairs. I was merely ignored. They finally opened another popcorn counter in which one girl was working while another, shockingly enough, took stock. She was taking stock while she watch the line extend - when the man in front of me questioned her actions, she dismissed him rudely. After waiting almost 20 minutes in the line, I finally got popcorn - my experience was topped off with having the lights left on in movie house for 10 minutes after the actual movie had started. Over all, a horrible experience.
