My husband and I booked online to see The Hobbit in IMAX 3D on Saturday 4 January 2014. The movie was booked for 11:00. In normal terms, previews are 15 minutes, so it was expected that the movie would start at 11:15. The previews only started at 11:30, therefore the movie on, y started at 11:45. This is totally unacceptable, since there was no explanation or apology from the cinema. Customers went to complain, but nobody came in to the cinema to explain why the movie would be starting late.
