Called multichoice twice and held on to be transferred with no response except for listening to their adverts at my financial cost and time. First time, I held on for close to 14mins until I ran out of airtime, 2nd time I held for 9m32s. This is completely disgusting & the year is only 3days old yet service is already stinky.
I wish they can just be competent enough because my kids want to watch TV.
