Jaw dropping incompetece of multichoice staff

I deposited money on the 6 December 2013 at 16h59 using Absa internet banking. unfortunately Multichoice is saying that they cannot see that payment. is that because from my side it went successfully. I even sent proof of payment to various email addresses but there is no response. This is not the first time it happens but I used to turn a blind eye on the matter and just pay again. Multichoice (DSTV) stop conning people. People you are conning are paying your salaries and are keeping you in business. Just locate that payment quickly and refund/credit me, what you know is to disconnect services and lure people to upgrade to premium bouquet for appalling services like this?
