After standing in line at the refreshment counter just before we got to the front we were told that there was only one queue (even though the queue barriers indicated that you queue per station instead of one consolidated queue). And to top it all of they then proceeded to help 2 customers that cut the line. Bad customer service Cresta Ster Kinekor!!!
