Top tv has not billed me for my acc for the a very long time and when I call them to say I want to downgrade my account after I paid a R100 they refuse they say it can only be done at the beginning of the next month but not they still have not openned my service instead they demand that I pay for the service that they disconnected.when I ask them why, they can not give me a reasonable explanation only that they are desperately in need of funds.it seems like top tv is in desperate need of cash first it was porn now they are forcing us to take packages we dont want .its not my fault that they chose to disconnect late, and most of all their channnels are very very very very repeatitive plus it seems as if they have 3 call centre agents because when you call you hold for an hour then with attitude they demand that they update your details.
