I logged a complaint last month regarding the very same issue about, my multi choice account, and to my surprise after been assured my management at multi choice that I all is good and I will not have this issue again, I get a message on the 20/12/13 informing me that I owe multi choice the amount of R1044, according to what the information given to me on my previous complaint was that my account it in fact up to date and need to only pay my normal subscription which is R266 going forward.
I have had it with Multi choice and their incompetence kindly assist in this regard and also I would like you to request call record for the past three months on my account 81817403 and you will then understand my frustration, I called multi choice this morning 24/12/13 at approx. 09:30 spoke to Tato Leope and has escalated the query to supervisor Mbali Mabaso No feedback as yet
