We have a dispute on our multichoice account and the call centre do not see the amounts reflecting on my statement forwarded from Multichoice to me to assist me and informed me that the statement that they forwarded must then be wrong. I emailed the statement received to Lebogang and Sello on 18 December 2013 who advised that Sello will phone me back the following day on receipt of the statement. To date I had no phone call. I again phoned on 24 December 2013 and spoke to Ofentse who informed me that she also cannot see the totals that I see and I cannot speak to their accounts department and she does not have a email address only a fax and that no one can phone me back after I were on the phone for 19 minutes on my expense. The issue on my account has still not been resolved. We had issues with overcharging from Multichoice resulting into our account being in credit, but sadly only I can see this and not the call centre
