The channels offered by starsat (toptv) are poor quality however you get some channels that are pretty decent, and they know it because thats why they put certain channels in the higher bouquets. So basically i paid the top subscription to watch TLC, this hole weekend including today the quality of all channels has been extremely poor and unwatchable due to upgrades and TLC has been completely removed from my bouquet. On calling the call centre to ask for an extra 3 days on my subscription and they say they cannot assist! utter, i paid for a service that i am not getting!
