So its not enough that Top tv or Star sat as they are now know as wrote the guide on how to treat loyal customers extremely poorly, they now feel the need to lower the bar even further by again vanishing a channel. Where is TLC one minute it was there the next its missing for 2 days, so far. Yesterday Fox entertainment and FX turned into colour bars for the entire day and now the reception is pathetic. It pixelates and the sound crackles constantly. After i called the call centre all the on the other side could say was sorry and please be patient. Since Star sat became the name the quality of the movies have seriously deteriorated, not that they were that great when it was top tv but at least then there were A grade movies that premiered in the current decade. YES I SAID DECADE, so you can guess how poor the movies are now. I dont know why i put up with this but i can tell you im getting to the end of my tether. This is my 5th complaint to toptv/star sat and it will be my last. If you guys dont start getting things right im gone and i will bludgeon your name every where i go. GET IT RIGHT!!!
