After Starsat took over Top TV they have been taking away all the good, popular channels and replacing them with foreign channels that are very badly dubbed. Very "B" grade quality. The "cherry on the top" was them removing Channel 453 - TLC yesterday 19/12/2013 without any notice or warning only to read later on their facebook page that they will be removing it as of 31/12/2013. But it has already been removed.
Surely they should inform their customers first? I only have this info because I went to look for it. Not because they notified me, the customer, of these changes. This is not acceptable. TLC was one of the very few channels worth watching. Now I have already paid them for January 2014 but I want a refund. I can't live without TLC. I am forced to move over to the opposition. Sorry Starsat. I was going to stay despite the changes but this has gone too far.
