I called your Contact Centre to enquire about the DSTV Explore, I currently have the HD PVR and dual view activated, I needed to know what I need if I upgrade to this system, the Explore must be my Primary Unit and the HD PVR my secondary unit, I was told that it is Plug and Play, no additional stuff needed, just unplug the HD PVR and connect directly into the SWITCH provided, I went to purchase the Explore, got home and tried to install, Guess What it did not, I called your Contact Centre 3 times that night and got 3 different reasons why I even got told the Explore is faulty and I must bring it in, your calls are recorded, after many calls over the next few days I called in a Installer and R1050.00 later it now works, no where do you say a 90cm Dish is required your Contact centre doesn't advise clients or they just don't know, there is a lack of knowledge on your part, you guys messed up my account previously when I installed the HD PVR now let's see if you done the same, I even completed your survey sent via email and no response, Multichoice get your Act together you loosing your customer service quality
