On the 27th of November i've accidentally paid my municipal accounts money into multichoice's bank account since then i've been struggling to get my money back after a few phone calls i had to send an email with my bank details with no response after another week almost past i phoned again now their telling me i need to wait until January 2014 to get my money back. Multichoice is very quick to disconnect the dstv if payment is made a day late but now they take over a month to pay back my money and not even sure if i will get my money refunded.
