During the evening of the 11th December 2013 I received an email informing me that a concert I had booked tickets for had been cancelled and that I should contact Webtickets regarding a refund
On the 12th December I emailed Webtickets regarding the refund. Not expecting much in the way of response I was pleasantly surprised when a few hours later I received an email requesting the reference number of the tickets. I emailed the number back. At 12:10pm on the 12th December 2013 I received confirmation that my refund had been processed.
WELL DONE!!!
What fantastic speedy service! What a pleasure to deal with a company that clearly understand the meaning of GREAT customer service.
