Refunded me then tell me I owe them!

I am BEYOND annoyed with Multichoice! It took you guys over 2 weeks to pay me the money back you owed me after I cancelled my subscription to you because apparently you guys LOST my cheque!! Now i get a flippen bill claiming I owe you guys R0.39??? SERIOUSLY??? How does this become my problem that your accounts department didnt do the calculations properly???
